Ontario 499 Air Force Survival

Ontario 499 Air Force Survival is manufactured by Ontario Knife Company in New York as per the U.S. Government specifications. This knife is utilized by the U.S. Armed Forces. It has a 1095 carbon steel blade with a thickness of 0.1875" and sawtheeth on its spine. The blade is 5" long and is flat with a grind and a zinc phosphate finish. The handle is brown in color and is made of leather and has thickness of 1". The leather sheath is of belt loop style and is also brown in color. The overall size of the knife is 9.5" and it weighs: 13 oz.
